Delivery is available within Germany ()and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping costs (including VAT)

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

Shipping costs for items that can be shipped via parcel are €6.90.
Parcel shipping is free for orders totaling €59.00 or more.
For larger or particularly heavy items, additional shipping costs between €19.90 and €49.90 apply.
Bulky goods are delivered via a freight forwarder (e.g., on a pallet):

International deliveries:

For larger or particularly heavy items, additional shipping costs ranging from €39.90 to €69.90 apply.
Bulky goods are delivered by a freight forwarder (e.g., on a pallet):
Shipping costs for these range from €69.90 to €159.90.
To ensure the delivery can be conveniently coordinated with you, we need your cell phone number.
For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of€59.00isadded to the shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods suitable for parcel shipping within Germany takes place within 2–3 business days; for international deliveries, within 3–7 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery of bulky goods via freight carrier (e.g., on a pallet) within Germany takes place within 5–8 business days; for international deliveries, within 6–11 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times (parcel shipping and freight forwarding), the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For in-store pickup, we will notify you via email when the goods are ready and provide pickup instructions. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
