Hand painted tile - Moorish star pattern in bold colors
This hand-painted tile features a classic star pattern, strongly reminiscent of traditional ceramics from Morocco and Andalusia. The bright colors – blue, red, turquoise and ocher – combine to create a vibrant geometric motif typical of oriental decorative tiles.
The decorative ceramic tiles are carefully handcrafted. The motifs are applied to glazed clay tiles with fine brushes. Only after the firing process do the colors develop their intense luminosity and give the tile its characteristic depth.
