Hand painted tile - Mediterranean star motif
This hand-painted tile combines traditional Moroccan ceramic art with Mediterranean lightness. The decorative star motif in blue, turquoise and warm orange tones is reminiscent of classic decorative tiles from Marrakech and brings lively colors to the kitchen, bathroom or living room.
Each tile is carefully hand-painted by artisans in Morocco. Only after the second firing process do the colors develop their typical shine and intense luminosity. The fine black lines that frame every detail are characteristic of hand-painted ceramic tiles and give each tile its individual expression.
Traditional Moroccan ceramics
Hand-painted tiles are among the most famous decorative elements from the Orient. The small clay tiles are created traditionally by hand and are then glazed. This handcrafted production means that no two tiles are exactly the same - small differences in color or surface are a sign of genuine handcraft.
Versatile use in the living area
With their format of approx. 10 × 10 cm, these Moroccan tiles can be used in a variety of ways. They are particularly popular as a kitchen back wall, tile backsplash, decorative tile strip in the bathroom or as an eye-catcher in the guest toilet. These decorative tiles also give counter cladding in cafés, restaurants or bars a Mediterranean ambience.
Several tiles can be perfectly combined to form a patchwork and bring color and oriental flair to old apartments, country house kitchens or boho interiors.
